John Erik Jacobson AKA DJ Generik is a DJ/Producer/Promoter living in Austin, Texas. His music style ranges from Tech House to Funky House to Electro to Dubstep. He layers movie clips, acapella samples, and random sounds to make every set a unique experience. He began his musical journey in 1994 while living in Wuerzburg, Germany. His residency at the local club "Aeroport", and trips to Berlin for the Love Parade inspired him to begin writing his own tracks. Catch DJ Generik at a club/festival this Summer!
