$kyw@lk3r found a love for Djing at the young age of 14 in what would be considered more of a science project than a studio / bedroom in the back yard of his mom’s house in Johannesburg, South Africa.
In 1997 he was taught and taken under the wing of the son of a family friend who had spent 2 years in the UK learning from the legendary Graham Gold.
Skywalk3r found a love for the harder styles of music like hard house and hard trance from artists like Tiesto, Mario Piccatto, and Armin van Buuren.
Since 2012, $kywalk3r has also stepped into the realm of producing and has already been featured on Radio stations in other Countries as well as being involved in remixes, mashups and collabs
Dark Side Sessions was launched in late 2020 to showcase some of the harder, bigger tracks from $kyw@lk3rs own collection in a monthly Podcast. There is also, Dark side sessions by invite only where DJ’s from around the world submit their mixes for the galaxy to hear.
