I usually sit in silence and meditate - do my yoga breathing ..I am happy and sad at the same time to get the news from Instagram to see how many countries have already showed up... Today the rescue teams with dogs landed .... My Country is still very blessed...We are loving Island and was rated as the kindest people in the world...π They are strong... There were so many cats that the reporters were hugging ... While I was in Greece I was in a small village for a short time , just a trip to explore as much as I could... My greatest joy was to walk down the hill to a small store and I got my morning kiss from an old man along with my olive oil, bread, tomatoes and fish...
