Radio Base Camp is a weekly radio program on WPKN 89.5 FM in Bridgeport, Connecticut (USA) hosted by Steve di Costanzo. WPKN is a non-profit, listener-supported station that dates back to 1963. Radio Base Camp is heard Fridays (1st/3rd) from 1pm to 3pm (EST) and Monday Nights with the "Late Night Show" (2nd/4th) from 11pm-2am. Steve plays unique sets that pull from the deep roots of 60's to mid-70's world of psych, mod, garage and folk traditions but sprinkles in the best in new bands informed by that period and beyond into everything from rockabilly to Afrobeat.
