Mick taught himself to DJ 3 years ago after enduring too many rugby injuries whilst living in Armidale. He debuted his mixing career by starting a House and Techno monthly with a visiting International University Lecturer/DJ/Producer from Sardinia, Italy, Andrea Laddo. This Ied to more projects involving live bass and percussion (Djembe), collaborating with Devo Devrim (live) in New England Wine bars.
Mick co-founded Echo Music Australia which has Echo Days Radio, a weekly radio program showcasing local and visiting international DJs/artist and Echo Nights Events. Echo Nights is the club side of the venture, and co-founded the Emersion Boat Series.

Mick’s influences range from Metallica and Mozart to Deadmau5 and Daft Punk. More recently his progressive house influences range from Eric Prydz synth to Hraach Arabic deep tech. Either way, his sets are a dreamy, immersive experience of sound, using acapellas, layering live instruments and showing his versatility playing breaks each set.
