Brighton!!!! Look past the vomit-inducing irritations of the place; the depressing seaside weariness, the shop called 'vegetarian shoes' and it's ever-present faintly shitty smell.
When it's tofu-crazed-militant-eco-liberal inhabitants aren't all strung out on St. John's Wort, they aren't half a creative bunch. After all, it is the costal paradise that gave us big beat, 'J' from 5ive and perm-topped 70's hit-monger Leo Sayer.
The next act destined to join that prestigious alumni is Bad Life's new Brighton duo Lucatwana. As the guys insist on communicating solely through organic, hand reared carrier-pigeons, we haven't got much info on them. However, from the accomplished nature of their super-contemporary house stylings, we would hazard a guess that they've done some pretty, pretty, pretty big stuff before.
This is stylish, forward-thinking house music that oozes class from every pore. As a Brightonian might say 'heavy shit maaaaaannnnn'.
