My music & DJ career took off as the instigator of the school disco being run by the teachers was about to be a thing of the past, with the back-up of parents’ music collection I was set to be The King of the Turntables. Quickly progressing from the school disco's to private house party’s my skills were being recognised and requested, I spent many late nights listening to many pirate radio stations, and with this I found the wonderful new world of the mix DJ. It was a constant, uninterrupted stream of music that flowed seamlessly from one tune to the next. This was the likes of the Mastermind roadshow and the Froggy mastermix.
As the mixes and mixing became more intricate and complex, one record soon emerged, that was hailed as the start of True Turntablism. Grandmaster Flash on the Wheels of Steel.
Then a Steady progression from the Bedroom to the Dance floor and Stage .!!
