I began finding passion in this music in the mid-90's. I started playing records in 1998 when I bought my first pair of Technics 1200s. I lived in Gainesville, FL where I attended UF and got to hear the best dj's in the world at a quaint little underground club called Simon's. Simon also had another really cool venue across the street called Soulhouse. It was a house they converted into a chill place to hang out and listen to cool, up front house music. That was the beginning of a new frontier in music for me.
I am very selective when it comes to house music. I have a distinct style and don't just play anything because it's popular. I play what moves me inside: the sound that makes my head shake and gives me goose bumps when I just close my eyes and listen. My sound is a distinct flavor of deep and underground house, breakbeat and techno with varying energy. I really hope you enjoy my taste in music.
