From making pause tapes back in 1983 to the radio shack turntables and mixer set up in 1985, DJ Rob Mixx aka DJ Whiz is still rocking the wheels of steel. Originally from Orangeburg County in South Carolina by way of a little community called Great Branch SC, DJ Rob Mixx has been involved in all phases of being a DJ. Mixtapes, battling, showcasing, mobile, club residencies, radio mixshows, weddings, beatmaking, producing, and spinning for MC's. DJ Whiz who then grew up and evolved into DJ Rob Mixx.
