Mental health is often misunderstood and not everyone appreciates that we all have it (whether good or not so good). Therefore, it’s not talked about as openly as physical health, and the stigma remains.

Hello, 2021! I think we are all glad to see the back of 2020 and hope that 2021 sees things return to something closer to pre-COVID19 normality. My personal feeling is that there is still a long way to go, but things seem to be trending

At the end of July, I hit pause on having a weekly live show for a while to spend some more time with family. It was a hectic period with work and was definitely suffering from COVID-19 overload. I was well overdue for some well needed R&R.
