Every Saturday night on Texas’ KOOP Community Radio, Bryan, Grace and Jenny bring you The Clear Spot. Everything is on the menu musically. From Experimental Rock and Crime Jazz, to Latin Boogaloo and local demos, Episode 1039 of The Clear Spot is an hour-long trip through the musical multiverse. Or, as one of Mixcloud’s product managers puts it, “an interesting/random alt rock mix ranging from heavy to garage-y to psych-y.”

Rekreacja: #40/ jedno góra dwa on Kapital Radio

From Radio Kapital in Warsaw, Poland, the dynamic duo young mlody & skrzydlaq aka Rekreacja lay down an Acid Techno show. One of our designers deems it “veeeeery fun, it doesn’t let up from the get-go.”

Transmission Fluid 004 w/ Aloetic on Room 303 Radio

Featuring on the Japanese radio station Room 303, Aloetic shares their fourth episode of Transmission Fluid. We’re not sure what the fluid is but we’ll have a full glass please! It’s a breezy selection of laidback Disco with flavours of Samba and Yacht Rock. One of our data wizards has “been playing this during sunset in the park” and now so are we.

The Takeover w/ Ambrr on Foundation FM

The London-based legend known as Ambrr has just started her own show on Foundation FM. She unleashed a taste of what’s to come when she joined Bristol heavyweight Wilfy D for his takeover of the station in March 2025. Our blog writer “loves the edits and general energy” of this incredible House and Dancehall mix. 

Unity Gâin – Heaviest Summer Soundsystem Mixed Tempo Classics

With a mixture of D&B, Dub, Reggae, Dubstep, Garage, Breaks and Jungle, this offering by Unity Gâin is sure to send your summer into motion. Inspired by tunes the DJ heard playing on soundsystems over the years, it’s an ode to the warm weather and, as one of our product managers says, is “perfect for soundtracking the start of sunny weather.”

DJ Sotoffett – Acid Shampoo #17 on Cashmere Radio 

Sotoffett is a DJ and producer from Moss, Norway. This multi-genre mix of records for Cashmere Radio features Deep Funk, Free Jazz, Garage Rock, Blues, Dub and plenty more for a psychedelic experience to wash your brain with. “I’ve been coming back to this Sotofett mix for years” says a member of our design team. “Acid Shampoo in general is a great show.”

Chikenskinn – BYA 4

DJ Chikenskinn describes this ethereal mix as providing “beautiful tunes for beautiful souls.” With only three mixes under their belt, we’re really excited to see what more is to come. “There are some nice, dreamy progressive breaks in here,” says one of Mixcloud’s mobile developers.

InFocus – Zakir Hussain by Arushi Jain on NTS Radio

Arushi Jain adds an epic show to NTS Radio’s In Focus series by focusing on Indian Tabla legend Zakir Hussain. The show serves as a documentary covering their life, the music and plenty of audio bites full of wisdom from the man himself. This is a great, educational ode to one of music’s greatest. As a member of our marketing team says: “The ‘In Focus’ series never fails to give you a good lowdown on an artist.” 

Dearslutlord – Born in 1975 – Releases From Brain, Virgin & Vertigo

Vancouver-based dearslutlord’s Sunday school is “a solid mix for all your Psych, Krautrock, Proto Punk and Prog needs” according to our Support team. Every week their show goes out on two stations across the USA’s West Coast and really traverses time and space with beautiful selections new and old.
