Anthony J refuses to fall into a singular category, taking his musical influences from many different sources and incorporating them into his infectious DJ sets by forging a perfect balance of Electronica, House and his beloved Techno.
His DJ education started in 2007 with DJ Fuzz, a renowned hip-hop DJ in Kuala Lumpur and he later graduated from the Ministry of Sound DJ Academy in Cairo, a world class DJ and Production course led by DJ/Producer - Andy Woods/DARKND (UK) and DJ/Producer/Academy Owner - DJ Ebbo (EGY).
Since returning to KL in 2012, he's found himself playing regular gigs on the underground circuit and he now holds a residency at Como and Privi. He has also teamed up with U.K. locals Niall F and Geddes to form “Connected”, a collective committed to bringing together local, regional and international talent to KL.
