'Subtle' is the alter ego of Sussex producer Nick Boon (Orok, CryStar)
Nick has been producing music since 1998 and was initially very heavily influenced by the trip hop sound coming out of Bristol and London. His production styles range from Hip Hop & Trip Hop, through to electronic Dub, Jungle and more recently, Disco edits, House, Techno and Synthwave.
As a DJ, Nick plays regularly at various venues around the UK, festivals, private functions, weddings, radio and everything else in between. He is one half of #hottropicdjs alongside @chichamorada , Sussex based promoters and DJs specialising in up-beat Afro, Latin and Tropical party music.
