Been listening to music since I came out the womb. Yusef Lateef, Wayne Shorter, Coletrane, Getz, Donald Byrd, Roy Ayers, Donny Hathaway, EWF, CCR, Steely Dan, Doobies, Kool&Gang, Doors, Bootsy, Parliament to that late 70s early 80s R&B/Soul and funk. Sprinkle in that 80s Hip Hop I experimented with as a young teenager then on to that West Coast vibe I developed from 1991 to 2004 while living in Bakersfield, LA and a bit in OC. Love the Art of Dee Jaying mixing that Jazz, Hip Hop vibe, lyricism, knowledge and lovely feel. Feel me ?
