I am a dancer, facilitator and guide through conscious dance and movement, DJ.
I have been actively involved in bodywork and conscious dance since 2018, when I met my current teacher and mentor Adam Barley. It was like an epiphany for me, an affirmation that what is happening within us,
can be glimpsed, named, grasped, all through dance.
I found myself and decided to follow this path.

Since then, I have attended countless workshops and trainings with other international teachers, and began practicing on a daily basis. This practice has become an integral part of of my daily life and on a personal level, it has saved my life, figuratively speaking.
I bring these experiences to conscious dance and movement evenings and gatherings now, offering others a deepening of contact with their own bodies and the experience of conscious dance
