Danced until 23, then stopped for twenty years. Came back through the body, not the stage. Returning not as a performer, but as someone listening.
I mix music for movement, for conscious dance and therapeutic movement sessions. Each mix is a journey with an intention: arriving, releasing, integrating, becoming.
Based in Portugal. Rooted in ZeroOne, 5Rhythms, Contact Improvisation, and whatever else asks to be heard.
