Born Raymond Lamaar Harris in Chicago Ill,Freckles was born a lover of all types of music.Scaling his fathers stereo system listening and waiting for his chance to scratch his first record. The love of music started early with his first tape recorder he use to sit in his bed room at the heat vent and record his fathers mixes, incorporating his own voice in the mixes it was like love at first sight. Freckles instantly knew he would be a dj and do some amazing things.

Freckles did small house parties until going off to collage where he started doing huge parties. After his freshman year he went home to Chicago where he really got into the club seen and got so busy he never returned. Freckles managed to turn a child hood love into a 1000 a night business.
