I've posted 3 so far this year, and we're only 11 days in ... Towards the end of last year I was only posting 2 a month, so I thought it's time to be more productive! π ... Glad you enjoyed the ride bro ... that Peggy Gou track is a belter. It never fails!! ... And DOS, Akabu and Col Lawton ... 3 tasty tracks that were favourites of mine as well! ... I am indeed on a bit of a roll with the deep house. I got so caught up in genre hopping last year that I didn't put out many deep house sets ... so now I'm making up for it!! ... Glad you enjoyed the mixing as well, and it seems you didn't spot any BPM's out of sync??!!??!! ... I listened back to it a couple of times, and couldn't spot any BPM's out of sync either ππ ... You know me, I wouldn't upload anything with even one slightly dodgy transition!! ππ ... I'm very fussy about that! ... Anyway, thanks again for your ongoing support and great comments bro. Well that was pure bliss Steve. This is the 3rd set I listened to today - all different genres, but deliberately chosen to help me unwind after a long day yesterday. I am glad you are back to deep for the next couple - i always love the tracks you pick, and didn't know many in this one, but you combine them - mixed flawlessly - to create a magical journey for the listener, and for me, that means you are a top top DJ. (Btw i absolutely love that last track from Leo Janeiro & Hauy!). Have a great week!

I've been enjoying getting back on the deep house side of things, and I find when I take a break from a genre for a while, it's more enjoyable coming back to it ... as opposed to just mixing the same genre all the time without any variation ... I would go crazy if I just mixed house all the time, and even worse if I only stuck to one sub genre of house such as deep or soulful ... I will come back to my old pizza analogy again ... I love pizza but I couldn't eat it for every meal ... It would get sickly!!! ... So there will be a few more deep sets before I get back to other genres ... I'm glad you enjoyed this session. That Leo Janiero track is indeed a very nice track. I found it in 2018, but never got round to using it up until now. There will be more tracks like that in my next session! ... Great mix Steve, lovely flow on here and that deep raw vibe is a nice change of pace for me right now. I'm not familiar with a lot of these tracks but this is why I listen to so many mixes on here. So I can find these little gems I'm yet to discover. And fair play the choons on here are right up my street mate!! Loving the beats and of course those bass lines are a bit special too!! Really liked that Akabu track, like I really liked that one a lot dude. You really do have exquisite tastes my friend. I have a few new deep tracks I haven't played yet and I'm feeling inspired to get on the decks right now after listening to this. My neighbours thank you ;-) Hope you're good mate :-)
