DJ AtPlay: Surrounded by music, from birth, son of jazz legend Gary Peacock and contemporary artist, Nancy Peacock, Collin Peacock was a quick learner. He picked up piano at age 7, drums at age 11 and saxophone at age 12. At age 15, he began writing and producing his own music. By 17, he was touring with M.C. Hammer and writing, producing and performing in his own Pop/R&B group, “Pieces Of a Puzzle”. In 2001, he signed a solo deal with Epic Records. In ’02, his voice began to fail.
After leaving the music scene for a while, he couldn't shake the feeling that something was missing. He built a new studio and began to write, produce and record new material and remixes, while rehabilitating his voice. Now, he brings his creative production flow to his mixes, maintaining an organic flow, from start to finish. Although he hasn’t always been a DJ, he has always been “AtPlay”.
