In the spring of 2006, Mikey got his first taste of DJing at The Skuba Bar in Folkestone, Kent and purely by chance. Mikey was hired as a barman but was given the opportunity to DJ after being asked by the owners due to musical past. He nervously but rapidly said yes - however he had never DJed before and had never touched a DJ deck in his life. With one week to learn, he was highly praised for his skills and became resident DJ for 4 years making his name and becoming a local celebrity.

Since March 2010 Mikey left Skuba to pursue other areas of music and continuing to DJ at various clubs & his own events. Since 2009, Mikey has DJ'ed in London (August 2009), Gambia (November 2009), Ibiza (July 2010), Egypt (Jan 2012), Middle East (2012).

In 2014 - Mikey returned to the UK and moved to Brighton where his DJing went on a hiatus. On August 8th, 2017, Mikey confirmed his return to the decks.
