DJ 2GT is a London born DJ who was born in Abbey Wood and lived in South East London, for 20 years until 2007 when he moved to the South East town of Folkestone, Kent.
2GT starting DJing at the age of 15. He was given his first set of Vinyl Turntables by his mother on his 16th birthday and from then on being a DJ has been his dream and passion of life.
He is a self taught DJ and taught himself to mix using 'Happy Hardcore','Old Skool Hardcore' and 'Jungle' music.
DJ 2GT has many influences for DJing, some of whom are DJ Sharky, Hixxy, Force and Styles, Grandmaster Flash, DJ EZ and John Peel.
Ever since he was in school, 2GT loved music, his biggest passion for music came from his grandparents at a very young age and took to the path of DJing after listening to his uncle's music collection of the DJ's named above.
2GT's strongest genre of music to play is 90's R&B and Hip Hop, however, he is very skilled in other genres such as garage, reggae/bashment, chart, party and dubstep.
