With a BS in Business Management and expertise as a DJ since 2013, he owns WEAREONE, a DJ collective and social agency. WEAREONE has collaborated with over 60 partners nationally and specializes in corporate events, conference entertainment, clubs, and festivals.
As a DJ, Richard seamlessly blends a vast array of music genres, specializing in House, Hip-Hop, and R&B music. As an MC, he elegantly engages crowds to create transformative experiences.
