I woke up (very early) this morning to find that there was hail on the ground, and the forecast for more icy weather before spring fully embraces us here at 60 North. Still, never mind, the light nights are here. Which is why I can't sleep.

Rhubarb or parsnip, it's hard to tell now. It's been in the shed for four years or so. Decanted, it tasted...ferociously strong and very sweet. But fine and clear. Mixed with some Cloudy Bay it's all right!
