The music is mainly from the 1970's (the finest decade for recorded music), but does stretch from the 1960's to the present day.
Styles include Blues, Funk, Rock, Hip Hop, Soul, Jazz, Folk, Electronic and everything in between. As a collector of break beats and samples, I always include a 'Sample example' in each show - which plays an original and a tune that samples the original, back to back. Soundtrack pieces get a regular feature, as well as a 'Cheesy Listening' track. For fans of interesting and sometimes obscure aural treats, join me as I open The Box Of Delights!
