Stevie fell in love with dance music at an early age after acquiring his first set of turntables at the age of 15. From then, over the following 5 years he spent most of his time (and money) discovering music, collecting a substantial vinyl collection and developing quite a talent for mixing. After getting together with his friends and doing a few small gigs, Stevie was soon recognised and given a massive opportunity to warm up the legend Pete Tong for Radio 1's essential selection after party. He did it well and impressed enough to gain a weekly residency at the once legendary Ice Factory nightclub. It was here that over the following 4 years, Stevie would be exposed to some of the biggest names in the industry, regularly mixing along side the Radio 1 roster, Cream, Hed-kandi, excentric, inside out and the immortal Rhumba Club. He gained the ability to warm up and do it well, under pressure and in front of massive crowds and refined his musical taste to today's more recognisable form
