Brighton, United Kingdom
In a former life Tony Marks was a champion for alternative music, best known in Brighton, UK, for presenting The Mixtape with Tony Marks on Juice 107.2 and The Brighton Album Chart Show on Latest TV.
Then in 2017 he opened a cafe, named after a track from his favourite Prince album Sign ‘O’ The Times.
Starfish & Coffee has gone on to win more Brighton Restaurant Awards than any other business and was named the “Number 1 brunch spot in Brighton & Hove” by Time Out.
However, building a successful business and becoming a dad left little time for much else, and radio just became something he used to do.
Now in 2026 Tony is launching a new online radio show inspired by the music he selects for his cafe.
Expect funk, soul, disco, hip hop, electronica and whatever else Tony is feeling at any given time.
Plus Prince. Expect a lot of Prince.
This page also hosts Tony’s previous shows ‘Oven Ready Radio’ & 'The Mixtape with Tony Marks'.
