Shailesh Sequeira started Djing in the late 90s. Originally influenced by Dimitri from Paris and Joey Negro, over time he discovered the sounds of the early New York disco and house scene such as Larry Levan, Frankie Knuckles, MAW and Dennis Ferrer amongst others. Today, Sequeira's style remains firmly planted in funk, soul, disco having played up regular 6 to 8 hour sets around the Perth bar scene.
