The owner of "Messenjah Music Productions" Philip James Morris a/k/a “Philey Jay” (born on October 11th,1983) is a professional session musician and an forth coming producer/artist currently based in Birmingham, UK. He has developed his musical flair starting out as live drummer, and over the past 10 years of practicing his craft he has sessioned for local artists and has played at numerous gigs. Philey Jay's soulful background is clearly portrayed in his productions, producing Hip Hop, R&B, Soul, Neo Soul and Jazz styled music. Philey also raps but has put this temporarily to the side to enhance and develop his love for music production.
