Ozkar started out in broadcasting as a “Disc Jockey” and “Air Personality” hosting weekly, late night top 40 pre-recorded programs on “WRLB 107.1” radio in Long Branch, NJ. The radio show was sponsored by NBS radio’s (National Broadcasting School) Kaleidoscope program in NYC; this is where he learned various aspects of the broadcasting industry and obtained his 3rd class F.C.C. license. From there, Mr. Fuller took to some of New York’s hottest underground clubs, where he became a prominent DJ & club promoter of the underground club scene, spinning at The Buttermilk Bottom & The Cuckoo's Nest and mentored by NYC's best, such as: DJ Nicky Siano & DJ Tee Scott. Ozkar along with partners Randy Flood & Franklin Smith owned and operated a nightclub in the Tribecca area of Manhattan known as PHOENIX . Later he then joined “The International Entertainment Network” as a co-producer and co-writer.
