Nesta aka El Nadro started spinning the vinyl at the age of 14. He sold his trumpet, which he never managed to play, to buy his first two turntables. In those days his musical journey began with the mid-1990s techno music like the famous Xmix series, brought him into the jungle of drum'n'bass and threw him after enjoying a set of the legendary Keb Darge into the world of deep and heavy funk. A couple of month before moving from Munich to Berlin in 2002 Nesta got addicted to the unique sound of early reggae and rocksteady. In the big city - meeting old and new friends - he started scratching and digging hiphop vinyl and rediscovering the sound of triphop like Kruder&Dorfmeister and the lable of MoWax. Grown up and almost 18 years after starting djing Nesta aka El Nadro is still a passionate selector and collector of various sounds and styles of music.
