CHRIS OWL is one half of DOMINANT FORCE, a production crew in Pittsburgh, PA, along with DJ SPAED. He is also founder and executive producer of PARLIAMENT OF STRIX Records.

A DJ for many years and a producer of original hip-hop and electronic music for even longer, CHRIS OWL has been making waves in the underground music circuit, working with numerous emcees around the nation. He is also a practicing hardware engineer with deep electronics design knowledge, and a circuit bending enthusiast. OWL has built many homemade musical instruments, either from scratch, or by frankenstein-ing found electronics such as children's toys. He's liable to freak the turntables or a soldering iron at any moment!
