Hi my name is Mike but my friends call me Bushy!
Been djing now for 15 years,started out on the Technics 1200's playing Hard House,Trance,Hardcore and Drum & Bass/Jungle.
As i've got older my tastes have changed and so has dance music, I have moved away from Trance and Hard Dance and more towards House,Dubstep,oldskool Hip Hop and still love the Drum and Bass!!
Some of my all time biggest influences are people like Fatboy Slim,Dj Hype,Jazzy Jeff,Craze,Dj AM,Dj Blakey,Qbert right through to people like Eddie Halliwell,James Zabiela,Jaguar Skills to name a few!!
I am very heavily into Serato turntablizm and got a lot of respect for people who can master the craft!! In my opinion theres nothing more satisfying than cutting and scratching to a heavy beat!!
I would describe myself as a hobbyist more than a performer and get a real buzz from discovering new tracks and vocals and mixing,cutting and scratching my way through different styles and genres.
