I started as a bedroom DJ with vinyl in 1994 and landed my first residency in 2002 at The Space nightclub in Leeds at a night called Come Play, playing Funky House. I went on to DJ professionally for 11 more years, with residencies at the the Living Room in Newcastle and the Alchemist, the Living Room, Prohibition and the Town House in Leeds. My musical tastes have varied over the years, from Trance and Funky House to Soulful House, Deep House, Funk, Hip Hop, R'n'B, Soul and Rare Groove. While DJing professionally I made the necessary and convenient transition from vinyl to CD then to digital DJing, however now I have returned to collecting vinyl, which I love. I have also played a number of special events such as Red day (for AIDS awareness) at Leeds University and Sheffield Pride. I have a Foundation Degree in Commercial Music Production & Sound Recording and a degree in Music Technology. I have remixed several tracks which are available on Soundcloud.
