Maze DK (she/her) is a queer Polish dj who moved to Berlin in the midst of the pandemic after years of living in London. With all of the clubs closed, and in serious need of a rave, she decided to become her own dj. Now that the club doors are thrown open, she's rediscovering her way to a dance floor and her connection with a club scene not only as a raver but as a performer also.
Growing up in industrial city in central Poland, she grew up listening to underground punk, ebm and industrial. This musical upbringing heavily influenced the type of techno she plays – fast, hard, relentless. Maze DK lifts the industrial sounds of broken machinery with an acid sprinkle on top. Her sets centre on emotional messages and in each of them she creates a dark and exciting journey to follow.
