After going to Dance Paradise, Desire and Temptation in Cambridge at the age of 15 back in 1993 - Sub-Ace was quickly bitten by the scene, working two summer jobs to buy his first pair of decks that same year.
After teaming up with long time mate MC SR (Temptation / United Dance / Global Explosion) the pair were soon promoting themselves, and playing out at events around the south east - building their experience working together as DJ and MC.
Sub Ace has since played at events such as The Box, Mayhem, Vision, Hyperbolic, Dance Paradise, Future Collective & Nokternal - but it was a chance meeting (after he was subbed in for Vinylgroover) at Mind Your Head in 1995, that he met rave scene legend DJ Force - going on to play for Force and Styles at Destiny (Oscars) in Clacton.
in 1997 Sub-Ace was also signed to Force and Styles’ iconic record label, UK Dance, and a release followed in 1998 along with a regular spot playing at UK Dance nights in Clacton until 2001.
