Gloucester, United Kingdom
DJ Parker, who hails from Gloucestershire in the south west of England discovered his love of rave music at an early age. Within four years of attending his first raves in 1992, Parker had honed the tools of the trade, and by 1996 was playing at free parties around the south west and also became a resident at Bristol's Acidtest (best kept secret parties).
In 1998 Parker made a leap up the M4 to the Big Smoke with two bags - one of clothes and one of records. He quickly made the connections he needed and was soon playing for well known squat rigs such as Twisted and Underground Sounds. Soon after, Parker had also been adopted by Restless Natives and Trancentral, as well as smashing out techno and acid techno alongside the Liberator DJs at Stay Up Forever parties.
Between 1998 and 2005 you'd find DJ Parker on the decks on Saturday, Sunday, even Monday at some of the best squat/ free parties of the era.
