KUHOO GUPTA is a popular name in the audio blogging and independent music scene in India. Her velvety voice, versatile singing capabilities and ability to interpret fresh compositions in her unique style helps her create her own identity as a singer. Formally trained in Hindustani classical vocals and voice culture techniques, she has self trained herself in light music techniques. Having won the “Best Genre - Light Music” award 2010 in the first ever digital awards for independent music in India by hungama.com group and being featured in the prestigious music talent hunt show Zee Saregamapa, she has come a long way from being a post graduate in computer science engineering from IIT Bombay to a software engineer and a professional singer now.
