San Francisco native Jymmi James first started dj'ing in 1998. Moving to New York in 2003, Jymmi has been exploring a harder musical edge, while maintaining that lovely SF sound. "I seek music and vibe which gives you tingles down your spine." Influences range from Dj Jeno of the Wicked Crew to Doc Martin of Sublevel. Long flowing, perfectly timed mixes are the name of the game for Jymmi. He blends deep dark tech with funky, groovy melodies.
Jymmi's production career has recently started with releases under Clean House as himself and under the duo CopperTone.
