SIR ILL is a highly skilled Turntable-ist, DJ, Musician, Producer, and Visual Artist who began his DJ journey playing house parties in Memphis TN. in 1998. When he moved to east TN in 2003, He built a following in the Knoxville DJ Scene. Where he honed his Turntable skills playing underground events, House parties, Clubs, and Festivals. He could be found every Friday night at his all request night residency at the legendary Sassy Anne's until he left Knoxville in 2016 to move to Nashville TN. SIR ILL has shared the stage with many great artists and DJ's thought the years including Rusko, Roni Size, DeeKline, Liquid Stranger, and Stanton Warriors just to name a few. His sound is funky and eclectic with solid roots in Funky Filtered French and Jackin House but through the years has has evolved his sound and is adept at incorporating Hip Hop, Breaks, Bass, Trap, Funk, Soul, Reggae, and Drum n Bass into his mixes ensuring that the vibe matches the crowd's energy.
