Techno has been part of my life since I can remember.
Growing up in the Netherlands, I was there when electronic dance music really started breaking through — when “house” was still the name we used for almost everything and illegal raves were one of the places where you discovered what this music was all about.
I’ve been DJing as an amateur since 2006, mostly at private parties, driven simply by a love for electronic music. Then life happened, kids happened, and the decks went quiet for a while. Now I’m back. :-)
Techno is where I feel most at home: groovy, hypnotic, rolling and driving. But good music doesn’t care much about genre boundaries, and neither do I. My sets move between Techno, Tech House and House, with the occasional touch of Trance when the moment is right.
Deep enough to get lost in. Groovy enough to move. Driving enough to keep you there.
