DJ/Audio Engineer/Producer/Remixer born in Brooklyn now residing in Staten Island, NYC, Joe Canova (NOVA) started his DJ career at the age of 15 playing Freestyle Disco-House at a local Italian Restaurant. As years passed he transitioned to a Tech-Tribal-Vocal-Techno feel. Playing at places such as Pacha NYC, Output, Cielo, System Danceclub, Governors Island, Stage 48, Brooklyn Warehouses, The Groove Cruise, Miami, San Fransico and more, Joe is able to give that true New York City Afterhours vibe to his sets taking his crowd on a wild ride. Not only skilled as a DJ, Joe Canova (NOVA) is musically talented in other ways such as the guitar, piano, drums, etc. He is able to take all of his skills not only into the DJ booth but into the studio as well to create great new sounds.
