Mixing sounds of the underground from deep house, minimal techno, chilled beats and the odd random collectiv ska two-tone. All tunes spun on Serato Allen&Heath Xone.
James was heavily influenced by the UK and Canadian techno scenes in the late 1990's, and from mid-2000, his scene rapidly progressed towards incorporating techno sounds and loops into the rise of breaks however the odd classic from Drumcode or Surgeon had yet to budge :)
Influences today have matured into the clean sounds emulated from noise machines and pads. The Sydney techno and deep house scene is driven by Deadmau5, Trentemoller and Gui Boratto, with the sudden impact of Apparat, Max Cooper, Tensnake, Pig & Dan and Hernan Cattaneo also barging there way into the favourites.
