Y2K Sounds, commonly referred to as simply one of the major sound systems in the US. Based throughout the world in the Virgin Islands, Jamaica, Japan, Texas, Washington, Atlanta, and New York. The sound system holds a host of deejays and selectors from throughout the Caribbean, versatile in all types of music and genre. Y2K Sounds originated in the U.S. Virgin Islands in 1999 with Galiss and Chemist. In 2006 the NY base entered the scene with Shawn, Captain, Specs, and Mike and In 2010 with Chaos and Francis stretching the Y2K Sound brand from Texas to the Far East Japan. In 2014 - 2017 Malcom Vex, Dj Savage and King Face became apart of the team to further reinforce Y2K as a force In Texas. In 2015 the Sound re-emerged in Clarendon, Jamaica with Mark, Michelle, Glen Stinger, Collar, Bentz, Kirk.
