Stalinsky is a 27-year-old techno DJ, situated in West-Flanders
In his early DJ-career he started out as a techno dj playing with CD's. Soon however, he realized he needed the 'real stuff' and bought Synq Decks to play with vinyl. At that time he was most influenced by top DJ's like Secret Cinema, Luke Slater and Umek.

We can say that his style back then was rather hard techno.
Throughout the years, his style changed from hard techno to deep techno, mixing music from DJ's like Speedy J, the Advent, Chris Liebing, Hans Bouffmyhre and Space Djz. His equipment changed of course along with his style. In 2011 he bought a Native Instrument S4-controller and Traktor for his computer, to have more creativity on the decks. In the future he plans to buy Maschine also, which would give him even more opportunities.

When you listen to his music, his sets are mostly calm at the beginning, after which he can create a build-up furtheron. At the end of each set he wants the more lyrical side.
