Spinning records since age 15, Dimitri Deman is a Ghent-based selector, interior architect, and Nikkei chef who operates at the intersection of sound, gastronomy, and design.
Alongside Giorgio Azna, he co-created Culinary Frequencies—a concept merging high-end culinary craft with deep, organic house and warm vinyl grooves. Every set is engineered as a sensory journey, pairing rich basslines and soulful rhythms with the energy of intimate dining and kitchen culture.
