I am known as an 80s music geek. I use to deejay. Music mixes and the club scene and the girls at the clubs and of course the music too... are the key elements to a great night with people you know, or socialize.
I love going out. When it's about the music though, I love going on my own and take it all in without anyone telling me when to leave, or got at a destination too early or too late.
I don't have a favorite song, title, or artist. If the song is good, it's perfect.
Today, radio is killing the music. The air play for the top 10 or 20 songs is a joke.
Back in the day, we were lucky to hear the same song the same day, same week and also the same month! Yes! YOU had to go out and buy the song you liked, or you missed out on a great tune!
We had recording devices back in the day too. Listening to the music on vinyl was the best as you had the cracking sound and popping sounds of your warn out records, but nothing was a digital, computerized sound.
