Frances Mary is a radio DJ / presenter / producer & a singer / songwriter / performer based in Bristol UK. Currently running her own live radio show on Bristol Community 93.2 FM on a Tuesday evening at 8pm www.bcfm.org.uk/bristol-streetmap Frances Mary is a well respected solo artist and is front woman for her own innovative dance music project Urban Funk Star that headlined Shambala Festival's Kamikaze stage in 2011. With current releases out on Filter Label, VIM Records with Ways & Means & forthcoming collaboration with Jagos to be released in September on Sup Peeps Records, Frances Mary has recently signed to Beatdealer Recordings, and is currently in the studio co-writing new music with producer Skelm. The first release for Urban Funk Star is scheduled for November 2012 and the Frances Mary solo project will be released in 2013. Frances Mary is a talented and original songwriter and versatile powerful vocalist, who is blazing her own trail through Bristol & beyond.
