When they started raving in 1993, Effy Heartbreak fell in love with dance music and how it uplifts and brings people together. Since then, they have gone by many names and even quit producing music for a decade but never stopped loving the scene. Getting involved in the Twitch DJ scene during the pandemic, Effy fell back in love with the creative process and rediscovered DJing and producing. While leaning heavily on house, tech house, and breaks, they produce a wide range of dance genres. Effy is proud to be a queer musician. They do not use generative AI in their work.
