I got exposed to the sounds of Electronic Dance Music back in 1999. Some major influences from that time were of Above & Beyond, Flutlicht, Astral Projection, Simon Posford aka Hallucinogen, and many more. I mostly enjoy trance because its the type of music that can literally put me in a "trance" (Goa Trance in particular, does this very well) and lets my mind soar to the far and distant reaches of my soul. I started mixing in 2007 via Virtual DJ (i still use that to this day) and while i started off at a newbie stage, i got plenty tips from many mentors over those years to greatly improve my mixing skills to this day.
