By day, Colin Henry (DJ V-Step), age 23, is an unassuming martial arts instructor. However, as the sun dips below the horizon, he emerges as a promising young talent in the electronic music scene.
A DJ since age 16 and hailing from the shores of San Francisco, you'll find him playing alongside local icons such as DJ E-Rock, DJ Weapon, John Beaver, Audio1, and others. In 2012, he turned to production 6 months ago to enhance his sets, and instantly fell in love. His mashups and bootlegs have seen support from DJ Chuckie, Tiesto, Porter Robinson, Laidback Luke, X-Vertigo, 3LAU, and many more.
With another EP due in 2014, a collaboration with Michigan-based producer Centriptic in the works, and his unwavering passion for all things EDM, V-Step is set to continue his rise among dance music's youngest and most talented producers and DJ's.
